What's in a mountain rescuer's backpack?

Rescue teams in the Lake District have renewed their warnings to people thinking of heading for the hills during the holiday season.

Warm clothing, a map and a compass are essential. But not everybody equips themself correctly and mountain rescue teams are called out far too frequently as a result.

Danny Savage has been speaking to one volunteer, Mick Guy, about the job of keeping people safe on the hills.
