A 25-year-old mother who is living with ruptured breast implants that were made using industrial grade silicon has said she is worried and angry about the situation.

Emma Burton would like the implants removed and replaced but cannot afford the procedure.

France banned the implants, made by Poly Implant Prothese (PIP), in 2010 and authorities there have recommended that the implants are removed.

The UK is set to reveal its updated advice to 40,000 affected women on Friday.
