Disability benefit changes 'are creating anxiety'

The chair of the Commons Work and Pensions Select Committee Dame Anne Begg has warned that the government's planned changes to disability benefit are creating anxiety.

Her comments come after the committee urged the government not to introduce planned assessments for the new disability benefit until it was clear that they were empathetic and accurate.

Dame Begg spoke to Breakfast's Susanna Reid from Glasgow.
