Paper launch: 'Sun on Sunday' to be published in February

News International has announced the Sun on Sunday will be published for the first time next weekend.

Rupert Murdoch, boss of parent company News Corporation, has said he will stay in London to oversee the launch.

News International shut down its Sunday paper, the News of the World, last year amid the scandal over phone hacking and payments to public officials.

Some people are questioning the timing of the launch given ongoing police investigations, as Torin Douglas reports.
