US Extradition: 'Tappin is likely to enter into a plea'

The lawyer for retired businessman Christopher Tappin - who has been extradited to the US for allegedly selling batteries for Iranian missiles - has said her client is likely to enter into a plea agreement.

British judges say the extradition is lawful and the European Court of Human Rights has refused to intervene.

Karen Todner said he would be wearing an orange jumpsuit and handcuffs after arriving in the US and will remain in custody until at least Thursday.
