Bolton's Fabrice Muamba remains 'critically ill'

Bolton midfielder Fabrice Muamba is still in a critical condition in a London hospital after he collapsed during Saturday's FA Cup tie with Tottenham.

The 23-year-old was taken to the London Chest Hospital after suffering a heart attack shortly before half time.

A joint statement from the club and hospital on Sunday said the player "remains anaesthetised and will be for at least 24 hours."
