Queen attends Manchester wedding

The Queen gave a newlywed couple a "phenomenal" surprise on Friday when she stopped in to meet them after their wedding at Manchester Town Hall.

John and Frances Canning's ceremony was happening in the building at the same as the Queen and Prince Phillip were at a lunch there.
