Mansion owned by Gaddafi son to be handed to Libyan authorities

A multi-million pound London mansion that belonged to one of Colonel Gaddafi's sons is due to be handed over to Libya's transitional authorities.

The house, in one of the city's most exclusive neighbourhoods, was owned by Saadi Gaddafi, the ousted leader's son.

It is the first successful asset recovery case brought to a UK court.
