Falklands War: Events mark anniversary of invasion

Events have been held in Britain and Argentina to mark the 30th anniversary of the Falkland Islands invasion.

Veterans of the Falklands conflict gathered at a chapel at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire, alongside the families of those who died.

A single candle was lit to mark the anniversary. It will remain alight for 74 days - the length of the conflict.

The Prime Minister, David Cameron, has promised to uphold the right of Falkland Islanders to determine their own fate.

Caroline Wyatt reports.
