Families with disabled struggling to make ends meet, says charity

The charity Contact a Family says as many as one in seven working families with disabled children are going without food to make ends meet.

It says some families are forgoing essentials and are spiralling into debt, and this before the full impacts of the government's Welfare Reform Bill are felt.
