Denise Robertson saved life during local radio phone-in

Agony aunt Denise Robertson has told of how she saved a mother's life after receiving a call on a local radio phone-in.

Robertson says she wondered afterwards whether she had been right to intervene, but the woman later got in touch to thank her.
