Increase in guide dog attacks
More guide dogs are being attacked by other dogs than ever before, with an average of eight being hurt every month, according to new figures.
Campaigners want microchipping to be made compulsory to try to encourage owners to take more responsibility for their dogs.
Jim Moran, whose guide dog Carlton was attacked last month, and David Cowdrey from Guide Dogs joined BBC Breakfast on the sofa to talk about the problem.
