Environment Secretary Caroline Spelman is due to visit some of the hardest hit communities in Devon.

Fans with tickets for the F1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone have been told to attend, despite thousands being turned away for Saturday's qualifying sessions after rain left its car parks unusable.
