Heathrow border plans been in place for 'ages'

Fresh concerns have been raised about the standard of checks carried out on passengers arriving at Heathrow Airport.

An official inspection found that some staff aren't processing travellers efficiently enough and that forged documents may be going undetected.

Speaking on BBC Breakfast, the Immigration minister Damian Green said that despite the concerns, border controls had improved.
