Hague: 'There is a deteriorating situation in Syria'
It is thought that at least 200,000 people have fled the conflict in Syria for the safety of neighbouring countries.
As refugees, their presence in countries such as Turkey, is representing a growing crisis.
Some UN security council members held talks in New York to address the problems, including UK Foreign Secretary William Hague, who said it appears military capability of the opposition in Syria is improving slowly.
