Philip Hammond: Rules of engagement 'must be followed'

Five Royal Marines have been charged with murder over an incident in Afghanistan in 2011, the MoD has said.

Defence Secretary Philip Hammond said he could not comment on specific cases.

But he told the BBC's Andrew Marr: "Any abuse will be dealt with through the normal processes of service justice".

"We're very determined that the rules of engagement will be followed, he said.
