Strider World Cup: Toddlers compete for BMX championships

Following the success of the British cycling team at the Olympics and Paralympics, several young athletes have begun training for the World Cup race in Manchester.

Spectators might not recognise any of the names competing in the Strider World Cup because all of the competitors in this balance bike event are aged 18 months to five years-old.

The National champion, who travelled to Florida to represent Britain, is only three-years-old.

Mike Bushell went to meet the toddler racers and their families.
