Street racers caught on camera by police cameras

Illegal car racing on public roads will eventually lead to fatalities, according to police in Birmingham.

'Street racing', where hundreds of drivers use A-roads as unofficial race tracks, is a problem in a number of areas across the UK.

West Midlands Police have covertly filmed street races as part of a crackdown on the problem and gave the BBC exclusive access to the footage.
