Sex crime sentences set to get tougher

Sentences for rapists and other sex offenders could become tougher to recognise the psychological harm they cause.

New draft guidelines, being proposed by the Sentencing Council, also suggest judges in England and Wales could give longer jail terms to offenders who film their victims.
