Savile Inquiry: BBC taking action after Pollard report

Dame Fiona Reynolds, Senior Executive Director of the BBC, has outlined the actions that the BBC is taking in the wake of the Pollard report into the handling of Newsnight's shelving of a report into sexual abuse by Jimmy Savile.

The report criticised the BBC's management, but found no evidence of a cover-up.
