Rail fare rises 'hit commuters hard'

Rail passengers passing though London's King's Cross station have been speaking about the above-inflation fare rises that have been introduced in England, Wales and Scotland.

The average season ticket has gone up by more than 4% and some tickets will rise by double that amount.
