Vulnerable children 'at risk online' - CEOP

The Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) says there is a worrying trend in young people being groomed for the sole purpose of being abused online.

Its chief executive, Peter Davies, said children who are "most vulnerable" are more likely to be targeted by sex offenders online.

He said parents and carers should ensure they become involved in their child's online activity to help reduce the risk to them.
