Comic Relief: Lenny Henry on 25 years of fundraising

It is 25 years since the first Red Nose Day, and in that time the telethon has raised £800m for those in need across the UK and in the world's poorest countries.

Lenny Henry has been involved from the start, doing everything from visiting numerous projects receiving help from Comic Relief to going up against Tom Jones in a sing-off.

He spoke to the BBC's Tim Muffett about the campaign's beginnings in 1988, and its progression since then.
