Horsemeat scandal: 'Retailers not reticent'

Laboratories are "working overtime" to test all the food products suspected of containing horse meat, with the first results due on Friday.

Downing Street has criticised the reluctance of retailers involved in selling affected products to comment publicly on the horsemeat crisis.

Director General of the British Retail Consortium Helen Dickinson said that retailers "had not been reticent".
