Father's fear over autistic boy's future after benefits stop

A father who successfully fought a legal battle for the right to have his adult autistic son live with him now worries that he will not be able to look after him.

This is because Mark Neary faces losing his housing benefit. Mr Neary said that the picture was further complicated by £36,000 damages awarded after his son Stephen, 22, was unlawfully detained by Hillingdon council.

He told BBC Radio 5 live's Victoria Derbyshire that he faces a difficult decision.
