When Martin Bell visited new BBC newsroom

BBC TV News has moved to its new home at New Broadcasting House in central London.

It leaves behind its studios in Television Centre where it has been since 1969.

Martin Bell's career at the BBC News began in 1962 at its former home in Alexandra Palace.

In a career that lasted until he went into politics in 1997 he reported from places such as Washington and Northern Ireland and covered the wars in Vietnam and Bosnia.

Nick Higham showed him round the new newsroom. How much had TV news changed?
