Duke and Duchess of Cambridge given 'nameless' teddy bear

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge met staff and bereaved families at the charity Child Bereavement UK in Buckinghamshire on Tuesday.

William is Patron of the charity which supports families when a child dies, or is dying, or when a child is facing bereavement.

As they met well-wishers outside, the Duke and Duchess were handed a teddy bear, which they said they would choose a name for.
