Severe flooding has hit towns in west Cornwall as heavy rainfall sweeps across the county.

The worst affected areas were Newlyn, Penzance, Mevagissy and St Ives, with the fire service taking about 50 calls between 18:00 and 21:00 GMT.

Footage filmed by Adrian Keast shows severe flooding in Newlyn on Thursday night.
