UK snow: The people rescuing stranded drivers

Rescue services are working non-stop to help people who have been caught on the roads by the heavy snow and strong winds across much of the UK.

The BBC's Simon Clemison joined a specialist rescue team as it travelled to the aid of those affected by the severe weather.
