Former chief constable Bettison's Hillsborough conduct condemned

The former chief constable of West Yorkshire police, Sir Norman Bettison, would have had a case to answer for gross misconduct if he was still a serving officer according to the police watchdog, the IPCC.

It's been investigating Sir Norman's behaviour in the wake of last year's publication of an independent report into the Hillsborough disaster.

Sir Norman has always denied any part in a cover-up.

Judith Moritz reports.
