Iain Duncan Smith: Changes 'fair to taxpayers'

Changes to the UK's welfare system are fair, Work and Pensions Secretary Iain Duncan Smith has insisted, as some of the new measures come into effect.

Mr Duncan Smith said there were a large number of people living in overcrowded accommodation, "which the last government did nothing about".
