Thatcher funeral: Cheering and flowers for coffin
Baroness Thatcher's funeral service has begun at St Paul's Cathedral, attended by the Queen and dignitaries from the UK and around the world.
Her union jack-draped coffin was taken to the cathedral on a gun carriage with a military guard of honour.
Applause and cheering greeted the gun carriage as it went past Ludgate Circus, and flowers were thrown at the coffin.
