NHS 111: 'Patients losing faith', says Labour's Abbott

Accident and Emergency departments in England are being urged to make sure they have enough staff to cope with a potentially busy bank holiday weekend.

The Shadow Minister for Public Health Diane Abbott MP told the BBC that "patients are losing faith and going straight to A&E".
