UK basks in bank holiday sunshine

Many parts of England and Wales experienced a day of sunshine and warm temperatures on May Bank Holiday Monday.

Weather forecasters say some parts enjoyed their hottest day of the year so far.

Hawarden in Wales recorded a temperature of more than 20 degrees Celsius.
