What can UK learn from Spanish high speed rail?

Much has been made of the potential of HS2, the planned new high-speed rail network from London to Birmingham and to Manchester and Leeds, for allowing economic development to reach parts of the country it doesn't normally reach. But how much truth is there in that?

Newsnight's David Grossman travelled to Seville to gauge the economic impact of the high speed line which links it with the Spanish capital, Madrid.
