Call centre boss motivates staff with sing-alongs

A call centre manager in Wales has developed a unique approach to keeping his staff motivated.

Nev Wilshire believes "only happy people sell" and keeps his workers motivated with activities such as mass sing-alongs.

The company in Swansea is now the subject of a BBC Three documentary, The Call Centre.

Nev Wilshire spoke to BBC Breakfast and denied being inspired by The Office character David Brent.
