Jade Anderson parents: Dog attacks 'not acceptable'

In March, teenager Jade Anderson was killed in an attack by four dogs while she was at a friend's house near Wigan.

Her parents Michael and Shirley are now asking the Government to toughen up the rules for dog owners.

Michael and Shirley Anderson, along with their MP Julie Hilling, spoke to Charlie Stayt and Louise Minchin on BBC Breakfast.

"This is about no one else going through what we went through," Shirley Anderson said.

This is an edited version of the full interview which was broadcast on 7 June 2013.
