Queen's close-up view of BBC studio

The Queen has been shown around the BBC Newsroom as part of a visit to New Broadcasting House.

During her visit, she saw the main BBC TV news studio from the other side of the glass, while presenters Julian Worricker and Sophie Long looked on from inside.

Commentating, presenter Simon McCoy described the moment as "one of the most bizarre bits of television that the BBC has produced for some time".
