Gun salutes mark Duke of Edinburgh's 92nd birthday
Gun salutes have been fired to mark the Duke of Edinburgh's 92nd birthday, as he continues to recover from surgery.
Guns were fired in honour of Prince Philip at various locations, including Green Park in London and Edinburgh Castle.
On Friday, the Duke underwent an "exploratory operation following abdominal investigations" under general anaesthetic at the London Clinic.
Buckingham Palace later said he was "progressing satisfactorily".
