Ian Brady mental health tribunal draws to a close

The mental health tribunal assessing if Ian Brady should be moved back to prison is to hear closing statements.

The Moors murderer has said he used method acting to be classed insane. Speaking publicly for the first time in 47 years, he claimed he put on the act to get transferred to Ashworth Hospital in Merseyside.

He is now fighting to be found sane so he can return to prison, though he accepts he will never be freed.
