Campaigners angry as The Sun opts to keep Page 3

Campaigners say they are disappointed that The Sun newspaper will not be dropping pictures of topless women on Page 3.

More than 106,000 people have signed an online petition on the site Change.org.

However new editor David Dinsmore told 5 live yesterday, "Two thirds of our readers wanted to keep Page 3. What you find is people who are against Page 3 have never read the Sun."

Campaigner Stephanie Davies is one of the people disappointed by the decision.

She told BBC Radio 5 live Breakfast, "If you put it in a daily newspaper, it gives the message that that's women's only value."
