Advert warns rail passengers of perils of travelling drunk

A new campaign encouraging people to take extra care on their way home after a night out has been launched after figures revealed more than 1,600 people have been hurt in the past year through slips or trips at the UK's biggest railway stations.

Network Rail says many incidents occur when people lose their balance after an evening drinking alcohol.

This extract from the online video shows two incidents recorded by station CCTV cameras in the UK.

Network Rail says both people featured made a full recovery.
