Call for tighter sun bed regulations

Questions are being asked about the way the sun bed industry in England is regulated with figures suggesting that many young people turn to sun beds to get that sun-kissed look.

One city council wants the government to give every local authority the power to regulate sun bed businesses, to put them in line with existing rules in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
