Leicester fire deaths: Father pays tribute as arrests made

Police in Leicester have arrested five people in connection with the deaths of a woman and her three children in a house fire in Leicester.

It comes as the husband and father, Dr Muhammad Taufiq Al Sattar, spoke for the first time of his grief, saying how much he missed his family.
