Farooqi family "devastated" by terror house seizure
The family of Munir Farooqi have said they were "devastated" that his appeal against his conviction for terror offenses was unsuccessful.
The decision by the Court of Appeal meant the Farooqi family home could be seized by Greater Manchester Police and the Crown Prosecution Service.
Family solicitor Saeed Hafezi claimed the property forfeiture would be "unprecedented and unfair".
