Courts failing child sex abuse victims, says NSPCC

Some sexual abuse cases are collapsing because children are being denied the support they need to give evidence in court, the NSPCC has warned.

The charity wants all children involved in such cases to have access to a registered intermediary who can explain the proceedings and help them deal with hostile cross-examination.
