Man climbs London's Gherkin in a diving suit

A charity fundraiser has succeeded in climbing 38 floors to the top of London's Gherkin building in a 1940s deep-sea diving suit weighing 130lb (59kg).

Lloyd Scott has also taken part in the London Marathon wearing the weighty suit.

He said that reaching the top of Gherkin took him just under three hours on Saturday.

''The view was fantastic,'' he added.
