The Desert Rats are beginning the last but one British troop deployment to Afghanistan.

A ceremony took place at Camp Bastion in Helmand Province to mark a handover to the 7th Armoured Brigade.

The BBC's David Loyn spoke to one of those leaving Afghanistan, Brigadier Rupert Jones, about the latest transition to complete the UK mission Operation Herrick.
