Grangemouth oil workers urged to end dispute

The Scottish government has urged the owners of the Grangemouth oil refinery and employees to end a dispute which has shut down the plant.

The company, Ineos, has refused to re-open the site despite the decision of the Unite union to call off a strike planned for Sunday.

Today management will try to persuade staff to back a plan to bring the refinery back to profit.

James Cook reports.
