Care home riddled by 'institutional abuse'
Neglect contributed to the deaths of five elderly people at a residential home near Crawley in Sussex, a coroner has ruled.
The inquest into the unexplained deaths of 19 people at the Orchid View care home heard how patients were not fed or given proper medication.
The Care Quality Commission was also criticised for giving the home a "good" rating in 2010, a year before it closed down.
